Dr. Guruprasad Hosurkar is a Senior consultant Neurologist and Parkinson's disease, Movement disorder specialist. He has more than 19 years of experience in this field. His expertise include Deep brain stimulation in Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, Botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders like cervical dystonia, writer's cramps, blepharospasm, orofaciomandibular dystonia, hemifacial spasm, limb dystonia etc and spasticity, sialorrhoea, hyperhidrosis etc. His special interests are comprehensive evaluation and management of acute stroke, epilepsy, headaches, sleep disorders, neuromuscular disorders, dementia, MS and NMOSD, neuroinfections etc.
